No automation
The driver does everything. The truck may warn him — a seatbelt chime, a reversing beeper — but it never acts.
Where most Indian fleets are todayAI-enabled ADAS & BSD, 360° cargo cameras, GPS and fuel-theft alerts — for trucks, tippers and buses, on one platform.

AI-enabled safety & monitoring
ADAS, blind-spot detection and a 360° AI camera on the cargo — read from the AIS-140 device already fitted to your vehicle, or the driver's phone. One platform, no second dashboard.
AI Mechanic
Your driver says the truck is pulling left and there's a knocking under load. AI Mechanic reads that alongside what the vehicle has actually been through — its fault codes, its last four services, the tyre readings, the mileage drop — and narrows it to what is worth checking first.
AI Mechanic suggests; it does not certify. A road-worthiness decision stays with a qualified mechanic who has the vehicle in front of him.
That truck's front-left tyre is wearing 2.1 mm faster than the right, and its last two inspections both flagged brake feel. A dragging caliper explains the pull, the wear and the knock together.
Would explain the knock but not the uneven wear. Check play at the kingpin before ordering a caliper — it is a five-minute check and the parts differ by ₹8,000.
Customers
FleetWorks was written alongside working fleets in Tamil Nadu — tippers on site contracts, tankers on BPCL loads, trailers running the Chennai–Bengaluru corridor. The features exist because somebody asked for them on a Tuesday.
The tyre manager paid for itself the first month. We were scrapping tyres at 3 mm because nobody was writing the readings down. Now it tells us which one to rotate before it wears out.
Drivers used to ring me at midnight for diesel money. Now it comes through the app, I approve it on the phone, and the bill photo is attached before the truck moves.
The compliance radar caught an FC we had completely forgotten. That is one seizure at a check post we did not have.

Automation levels in mobility
The SAE J3016 scale the whole industry uses. Most Indian commercial fleets sit at Level 0 today. FleetWorks moves you to Level 1 with the hardware already fitted to your vehicle — and we will tell you plainly what it does not do.
The driver does everything. The truck may warn him — a seatbelt chime, a reversing beeper — but it never acts.
Where most Indian fleets are todayOne system helps at a time — a collision warning, a lane-departure alert, a speed warning. The driver still steers and brakes every second.
FleetWorks operates hereOur ADAS, BSD and driver-facing camera warn. They do not steer, brake or accelerate. That honesty matters: a driver told the truck will stop itself is a driver who stops watching.
The vehicle controls steering and speed together — adaptive cruise with lane centring. The driver supervises continuously and takes over instantly.
Needs factory-fitted actuationThe truck drives itself in defined conditions — a mapped highway corridor. The driver may look away but must retake control when asked.
Not road-legal for Indian commercial fleetsNo driver needed inside a defined area — a port, a mine, a fixed plant-to-plant run. Outside that area it will not drive at all.
Pilot projects onlyAnywhere a human could drive, in any conditions, with no controls needed. No vehicle on sale anywhere is Level 5.
Does not exist yetLevels 2 and above need a vehicle that can be actuated — steering and braking the software can command. That is a truck-manufacturer decision, not a software one. What FleetWorks adds to the truck you already own is everything Level 1 can give: earlier warnings, a record of what happened, and a driver who gets coached on it afterwards.
One platform
A fault code becomes a job card, the job card becomes a cost, the cost lands in your books, and the driver who reported it gets coached on it — without anyone entering the same thing twice. Start with one pillar and add the rest when you need them.
The system of record. Vehicles, drivers, trips, job cards, inspections, spares, tyres and compliance.
Every rupee the fleet spends and earns, in GST-ready books your accountant already understands.
ADAS, cameras and telematics turned into a safety programme rather than a stream of alerts.
When it breaks away from your yard. A rated workshop, booked in-app, tracked to the invoice.
Four covers in one drawer, and a renewal radar that counts every one of them down to the day.
The part that looks forward. Failures, costs and anomalies called before they reach your P&L.
Every pillar reads and writes the same vehicle, driver and trip records. That is the whole point — the alternative is four systems that disagree about how many trucks you own.
Works with what you already have
FleetWorks does not sell you hardware you do not need. If your vehicle already carries an AIS-140 tracker — and by law most of them do — that is the feed. If it does not, the driver's phone is enough to start.

Compliance Radar
Insurance, FC, permit, pollution and national permit for every vehicle, counted down to the day. When something is close, FleetWorks tells you — and books the renewal before the truck is stopped at a check post.

Upload the invoice and Foresight checks each line against what that part actually costs and what your truck actually needed. Overcharges and parts you never fitted get flagged before you pay.
