FleetWorks ("we", "our") operates the website fleetworks.in and the FleetWorks Android application. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Booking & enquiry details. When you request a service quote or apply as a vendor partner, we collect the details you submit: name, mobile number, city, vehicle type, service required, and (for vendors) business details such as GSTIN and PAN. This information is stored securely on our cloud database (hosted in India) and is used solely to respond to your request, provide services and manage vendor onboarding.

Fleet data you enter. Vehicles, expenses, fuel logs, inspections, drivers and related records that you enter into the AI Dashboard and Fleet Manager are stored locally in your browser or app on your device. This data stays on your device unless and until you create an account with a cloud-sync feature.

Automatically collected. Like most websites, standard technical information (such as pages visited) may be processed to operate the site. We do not sell personal data, run third-party advertising, or use invasive trackers.

How we use information

To contact you about your service request, provide quotes and services, process vendor applications, improve our products, generate anonymised and aggregated insights (such as industry maintenance benchmarks), and meet legal obligations including GST compliance.

Sharing

We share your details only with the workshop or service partner fulfilling your request, with service providers who host our infrastructure, or where required by law. We never sell your personal information.

Data retention & your rights

We retain enquiry and booking data as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Fleet data stored on your device can be deleted by you directly within the app ("Clear All Data").

Security

Data submitted to our cloud is protected with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and database-level access rules. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

Our services are intended for commercial vehicle owners and operators and are not directed at children under 18.
